wonderful song. reminds me of the 1st time I heard it - my holiday to the US - driving around California listening to a great radio station called K-Rok (K-Rock ? Sp?) they played superb music and 1st time I heard this track I loved it

I heard Jim Ellison give an interview many, many years ago that this song was about a woman who lived upstairs in Jim's parents house when he was a kid.This song always will be a haunting reminder of Jim and that he left this world way before he should have. I miss you, Jim, and I miss material issue!
